Successo is the Italian word for success. Founded in the Roman city of Bath, Successo is a community for professionals who want to thrive in all areas of life. We’re here to help you with the personal development that impacts your professional development. We run workshops, events with keynote speakers, panel discussions and more. We aim to help you find the resources you need to feel confident in a variety of areas of life.
If you’re early in your career, in the early stages of running your own business, have recently relocated to a new city with a new job and want to meet new people, work for a cool company, please come along.

Meet Claudia
Claudia is the Head of Marketing at Storm Consultancy. She has a background in running her own e-commerce business and previously worked in sales for one of London’s prestigious members clubs for entrepreneurs.
Avoiding the typical route of university, networking and talking to people is how Claudia has navigated her entire career. Successo is a passion project for how important building meaningful connections is whilst getting inspired.
Meet Tram (Chum)
Chum is currently running her own business development service alongside working at the University of Bath School of Management. She moved to Bath in 2020 to obtain her MBA. Having lived in the U.S and the U.K as a Vietnamese national, Chum appreciates the importance of communities and building connections. After struggling to meet people post COVID, she wanted to create an accessible and inclusive space for young professionals to meet, allowing them to feel more connected to the city while also getting inspired by like-minded people.
