It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it

It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it

Think of speakers and presenters who made a positive impression on you.

What were they saying? What were they doing? How did they make you feel??

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed at the thought of a difficult conversation, a high stakes

meeting with important stakeholders or a big presentation in front of a large audience,

whether face to face or remote.

But if we take a moment, if we remind ourselves of some simple techniques, we are able to

channel those thoughts to a better place, where we can influence, we can create impact and we leave a positive impression!

In this interactive and creative workshop, Ben will help you work out which parts of your ‘tool kit’ are working well, and which can be even better!

As Maya Angelou once said, "people forget what you said, people forget what you did but

people never forget how you made them feel".
